All you need is some shaving cream (dollar store) and some Elmer's glue.
I sprayed shaving cream on the kiddo's card stock paper, then I pour some glue over top (to keep it fluffy after it dries). I had the kiddos mix it around with their hands.
Once they were ready, I helped them put their snowman faces on. I cut out their faces for them while they were mixing around their snowman fluff.
They turned out super cute!
