For the youngsters (3 year old class) I hid the letters from a puzzle around the room and had the kiddos work together to find them. They enjoyed it so much, they re-hid the letters and did it again!

Learning Station - Letter Detectives
The kiddos used their smarts and detective
skills to locate all the letters of the alphabet. A few of the letters
were a bit tricky to find, but by working together, all the letters
were found!
