Learning Station - Hammering "Nails"
Great hand-eye coordination. I found these colorful, headless matches on Amazon. The kiddos LOVED hammering them in to the Styrofoam.
Nn Week
Welcome to our nifty Nn week!
Night Preschool - How fun that we got to spend a day in preschool with no power! Pjs welcome and perfect for Nn week.
Nn Clothing - A kiddo wore her nightgown!! Perfect!
Abc Bracelet - With flashlights and glow bracelets! Makes it lots more fun!
Free Play - Glow Stick Building - I accidentally bought a pack of glow sticks with building connectors! Happy accident!
Nocturnal Animals and Nest Building - We talked about all the animals we could think of that come out at night (Owls, bats, fireflies, crickets, raccoons, skunks ... lions, tigers, panthers, cougars...) So cool! We decided to make a nest for some owls.
Snack - Name - Nick spelled his name in pretzels!!
Backyard - Nut Cracking in Nature - We have a bunch of walnuts all over the yard, the kiddos have found a bunch of ways to use them. Today a kiddo was trying to brake a few open so I pulled out a mallet for him to use.

Notebooks - Every ninja needs a notebook to keep track of their missions. I found these notebooks on clearance at Michael's.
This kiddo drew a fabulous ninja in hers!
Craft Stick Ninjas - This is a favorite activity. So quick and easy and super cute!

Neckties - Ha! Several of them wanted to draw theirs just like their dad's.

Snack - Nachos - Cheesy chips! Yum!
Race Track - Toddlers - Look what we found at Best Buy for $10!! The kiddos LOVED it!

Learning Station - Numeral Match
This was a great activity for counting and for putting numerals together with their name.
This was a good activity to see if kiddos know their numerals and to check with basic counting.

Nn Week
It is our nice, nifty Nn week!
Circle Time - Nap Stuff - The kiddos were so very excited to have all their nap gear with them. We had a nap-ish circle time.
Nap Time - Cuddled up with a scholastic book video...

Snack - Nuggets - Oh yum!
Nap Craft - I took a quick picture of each kiddo in napping pose, printed it, then we made this lovely craft...

Snow and Sun - A wonderful combination.

Circle Ninjas - The kiddos punched circles, cut one in half, glued it and added ninja eyes.

Snack - Nachos - Mmm...
Games - Two favorite games this school year...
Paper Bag Ninjas - These turned out super cute! I found the idea for them on this blog: Here!

Nest -Toddlers - The kiddos were so excited that Ms. Sara didn't have any birds to go in their eggs. I just had snacks. We talked about a few different animals which start out in eggs.
Snow and Dinosaurs - What else do you need!
Snack - Noodles -
"No, David!" - We love this book. We figured we'd make our own for Nn week.
Peeking over kiddo's shoulders, here are a few of their pictures...
A sister and her brother (She said this was a "yes" page.) Lollipops in her room.

Notebook - A perfect activity for Nn week. The kiddos decorated the covers, then got a special pen to write with (and take home). They were pleased to be able to write notes in their very own notebook!

A kiddo did a "no" page for me. She said I was eating ice cream before eating
healthy stuff. Ha! Another kiddo liked her idea and created a similar page. Ha!

One kiddo said her mom won't let her bring a giraffe home. Another kiddo's brother ate too much.

A kiddo standing on her couch and another in her swim suit in the backyard in the winter.
