Recipe: Snow Ice Cream

Growing up we used to make this all the time.  It is fast and easy and pretty darn tasty!  It melts really quickly though, so eat it right away!  ENJOY!

Snow Ice Cream

big bowl full of fresh snow
~ 2 cups milk
~ 1 tsp vanilla
~ 1 cup sugar

I just eyeball it all.  I add the vanilla and then the milk by bits until the consistency is right.  Then I begin sprinkling in the sugar.  And that is totally to taste.

If it gets too runny simply add more snow.

I made this with my fours today.  They loved it!  We ended up slurping it out of our bowls with straws because we let the snow sit around while we ate snack.  Ha!
