In cleaning out my cupboards I found: CUPS! I wrote the letters and
some sight words and names on the cups.
Then I sent each kiddo out with an
errand to find a particular cup and stomp it! A bit of mayhem and lots
of fun.

Great Outdoors and Mother's Day Gifts
Circle Time - Campfire - We "toasted" marshmallows today!!
Free Play - Tent - Oh what fun to have a tent to play in! Also, we were working on finishing up our mother's day gifts today. No peeking!

Snack - S'mores -
We filled our cones with yummy chocolate, marshmallows and teddy
grahams. A few minutes in the oven and taadaa! Yummy s'mores!
Campsites - These turned out super cute! If we had a smidge more time, we could have added even more ...
I saw this idea on this blog: HERE!
Frog - This little amphibian turned out so very cute! I found this idea on this blog: HERE!

Mother's Day Gifts - This year I decided to do painted jars. Several had been donated to the preschool, so it was perfect! I helped the kiddos paint and print their hands on the outside of a jar, then we painted the inside of the jar by squirting paint in and shaking it around.

I saw this idea on this blog: HERE!
Doily Flowers - The kiddos watercolor painted doilys, then I taped them onto skewers. Turned out pretty fabulous!

Card and Drawing - I interviewed each kiddo about their mom, then on the outside, they drew a picture of her. I always love to see how the kiddos draw their moms!!

Toddler's Mother's Day Cards - After I printed the kiddo's hands on their jar, I printed them on a paper. Then just whipped together these cute cards for the kiddos to color inside.

Rr Week
Ready for our Rowdy and possibly
Rambunctious Rr Week?!!
Rr Clothing - Robots, rock and roll, red...
Circle Time - A couple of kiddos were excited to realize that "Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer"
has A LOT of Rr's in it. Ha! So of course we had to sing it!
Free Play - Robin Hood - A kiddo
discovered the Robin Hood hat in the dress up bin. I briefly told him
the story and he was super excited to try it out!! He recruited a king and some Merry Men. All he needed was money to
rob...
Snack - Root Beer Floats - Oh yum!
Rings - As I have begun cleaning out my bins, I found I had several packages of rings. Perfect for Rr week!!!
Ribbon Wrists - The
kiddos helped me use up some of my copious ribbon supplies to make
these lovely bracelets. Once we got them done we danced to some fun
music.
I just tied the ribbon on a large hair elastic.

I started running low on ribbons, so I pulled out some tulle for the next class. I think I like the tulle better!
Peep Rabbits - Another yummy Rr!
Tp Rockets -

Launching Rockets - They were aiming for the red basket.
Layered Rainbows - Great cutting practice. The kiddos cut each layer of their rainbow, then glued it together.
