The kiddos had to find at least 5 toys that could roll (or scooch) down
the ramp. Only 1 toy could have wheels. It was fun to see what they
picked. (marker, tp tube, block, pirate, ...)

Ww Week
Welcome to our wacky, wonderful Ww Week!
Ms. Sara's favorite letter!
W Clothing - This kiddo found that her shoes had a "washable" tag. So cool!
World Soccer - The kiddos played a bit of indoor soccer with the world. I found a beach ball globe at the Dollar Store.
Tube Worm - We talked about where worms live and when we see them etc... Then kiddos colored their paper towel tube. When they were done, I added googly eyes and cut the slits so it could wiggle like a worm.
Snack - Watermelon - A tasty W treat!
PinWheel - Wind - We talked about different things that can be moved by wind, we came up with a pretty good list. Then we moved our pinwheels with our own wind.
Window - A kiddo decided to hop in his car this way! Ha! Perfect for our W week!
Bee's Wax - A kiddo brought in some bee's wax to show us! It would so cool to see up
close and to imagine the bees working in it!
Snack - Waffles - Oh yum!
World Wildlife Watch - The kiddos and I went on an adventure. We walked around looking for wildlife. We found an ocean full or critters and animals in the savannahs and forests! It was great! First we took a picture (and or a video) then we would sketch the animal.
Water Guns - A beautifully Warm day for water!
Watermelon - Toddlers - The kiddos painted their watermelon red (I put the green and the eyes on earlier).
The preschooler's watermelons ...
Journal Time - W&Ws - A kiddo had a great idea, that M&Ms could become W&Ws!! Yum!
Backyard - Wet - We had a bit of rain today that sent us back inside! But it fit great for Ww week!
Learning Station - Wind
Toddlers: The kiddos used their wind to blow the feathers on the table. That was pretty fun! They were super excited to move the feathers just by blowing.
Preschoolers: We raced to see who could get theirs across the table first.

Ee Week
Welcome to our Exciting Ee Week!
Circle Time - Eggs - We talked a lot about eggs their shapes and colors, different animals, the inside parts ....
Ee Clothing - E's in words!
I used mini paper plates, made 4 slit and then stapled them into a bowl shape.
Circle Time - Oviparous Sort - Egg Layers - The kiddos helped me sort through animals to find who lays eggs. We also imagined a few silly things, like a bear sitting on a nest of eggs etc.
Fried Eggs - The kiddos got a kick out of this!! They created their frying pan, then I served them up some eggs to cook ... They found they liked to flip the eggs by bouncing the pan. Again, eggs everywhere!
Egg Carton Treasure Box - Nature Walk - Thanks to Nick for providing copious egg cartons for us!! The kiddos picked a color for their lid and then we were off on our adventure. Looking all along the way for wonderful nature treasures...
Ee In Nature - Well sort of! We found some Ee's on our walk today.
Squirrel - The kiddos spotted a squirrel in the tree! He was nibbling on a pine cone.
Painting Dinosaurs - Wahoo! We had some lovely sunshine so we decided to paint our dinosaurs...
Science - Eggs Raw - The kiddos enjoyed learning how to crack open eggs. They opened many! We identified all the parts: shell, membrane, albumen (white), and yolk. We ate some scrambled eggs for snack.
Science - Hard Boiled Egg - Then we boiled some and peeled them and ate them! We also identified the parts cooked! They looked different!
