Welcome to a perfectly, pleasant Pp week!
Feely Bag - Pp Week - penguin, pig, pear, platypus, Pinkie Pie, Princess.
Journals - Pp Week - I found My Little Pony valentines on super clearance, pig, pop (bubble wrap), pink, purple, penguin, princess...
Paper Plate Pizzas - This was prep work for snack time.
Snack - Pizzas! - The kiddos created their own delicious pizza! I made the dough ahead of time, the kiddos added toppings and we baked them. Yum!
Pajama and Pancake Party! - The kiddos and I wore our pajamas today! Check out some of our pjs!
Journal Time - Pop it! - The kiddos each got a sheet of bubble wrap to POP to their heart's content! Once they finished, they cut off a portion and glued it in their journal and wrote "pop" by it.
Pop It! - Bubble Wrap - Youngsters - The kiddos tried their hardest to pop the bubble wrap, but weren't succeeding. So we took it outside and they did a bit better.
Science - Pine Cone Observation - Mr. Adam helped me find all these different pine cones when we went for a walk at Red Butte Gardens last week. Aren't they perfect?!
The kiddos observed them - we looked for the seeds, we noticed the different shapes and sizes...Then we plunked them into water to see what would happen. And then we headed upstairs...
Pancake Party - Pretty Pink - We were voting between pink or purple pancakes. All the fabulous toppings come from our favorite video: "Pancake Party" by Pancake Manor. Find it: Here!
Science - Pine Cone Observation - Part 2 - When we came back downstairs after pancakes, we were so surprised to find our pine cones in the water closed up tight! Wow!
Pajama Party Movie - We watched a Sesame Street Pp story. See it: Here!
Picnic Packing - After a bit of play, we prepared for our picnic at the park. Drat, I didn't get any pictures of this. The kiddos picked
an assortment of crackers and the tail end of things left in our snack
drawer. Then we also added some fruit, then we were off!
Walking to the Park - I love how being just a smidge older, the kiddos walked without incident up to the park. They are definitely ready-ing for kindergarten!
