Leaf Vases

Today, with my fours, we tried our hand at creating leaf vases.  Just modge podge, a glass jar, and the leaves the kiddos collected on their walk.  We found that the smaller "fresh" leaves work best.  If you have leaves that are starting to stiffen (like these below) they don't want to wrap around the jar and stay put.  This kiddo was quite happy with his jar and decided to put the pine cones he found inside the jar.
