Fisher Price People

As I was setting up the preschool last summer and going through all the toys in the house, I found we still had quite a few of the fisher price people.  Yahoo!  Some left over from when I was a kiddos and the rest from when our daughter was little.  I just loved playing with these and so I love it when the preschoolers pull them out and play.  I'm always on the look out at any second hand store for more to add to the collection!

 

Green and Speckled Frogs

While strolling through Bed, Bath & Beyond last summer, I came across these cute froggy clips in the kitchen section.  I snatched them right up because I knew we needed them to help us sing 'Green and Speckled Frogs'.  I think they were 5 bucks for a pack of 6.

They have been so fun all year.  I'm so glad I bought them!  Each kiddo gets to clip one froggy on their clothes somewhere.  Then each kiddo takes a turn jumping their frog into the "pool" as we sing the song.

 This cutie pie was snatching the frogs out of the pool and clipping them on herself.  Ha.

5 green and speckled frogs,  (hold up 5 fingers) 
Sat on a speckled log,   (sit your 5 fingers on your arm)
Eating some most delicious bugs.  Yum, Yum!  (rub your tummy)
1 jumped into the pool,   (jump a frog in)

Recycling old office stamps

One of the favorite centers in my preschool room includes these stamps.  They are just a bunch of old office stamps that were donated to me, but they're fabulous and the kiddos LOVE them!

A fabulous freebie!

At the end of last school year, the elementary school I worked at had a table full of give away items.  I found these old head phones that had a mic attached!  So cool!  I simply cut off the jack cord and tossed them in our dress up box.  They are currently a favorite, serving as pilot head phones.  "Attention, prepare for landing."
